The Personal Training Internship is an education & training program designed for personal trainers and exercise sport science students who are new to the industry and are wanting to take the business to the next level.
In this program you will learn how to cut out the bullshit in the fitness industry and give your clients what they actually need rather than what you think they might need.
The internship is a 12 week long program which includes 2 sessions with Luke per week. One session is education which we’ll be covering a variety of different topics, including:
- Goal Setting & Mindset
- Movement & Muscular Sling Testing
- Nutrition
- Strength, Power & Hypertrophy Protocols
- Conditioning & Cardiovascular Training
- Periodization & Exercise Programming
The other session of the week is training. To be a personal trainer Luke believes you need to know what it’s like to be personally trained. Therefore in the 12 week internship you’ll complete a 12 week strength training program.
